Minutes of December 2nd, 2005

PRESIDENT: 2006 CDYSL Team Placement forms were distributed to coaches and are due back to Peter before January 1st. Spring Rec soccer sign ups will be held in Town Hall on Saturday, January 28th and February 4th from 9 AM to noon.

PREMIER LEAGUE: Applications to play in the Premier Leagues should have been submitted, they were due yesterday. Deadline for State Cup is January 6th; you can apply on line at www.enysoccer.com.

INDOOR: Please note these cancellations for the Gowana gym; Saturday December 10th and March 11th it is not available and on February 11th and 18th it will close early. On Sunday December 11th, January 8th and February 5th it will not be available from 10 AM to 2:30 PM, but will be available for the time slots starting at 2:30 and beyond. Schedules for the assigned indoor times were passed out, see Mark Jenkins after the meeting concerning any of the open time slots. If you did not receive a facility use form for your team’s assigned time, see Frank after the meeting.

CDYSL: Nothing to report.

VOLUNTEER: Nothing to report.

COACHING COMMITTEE: Nothing to report.

INDOOR: Indoor gym times are being assigned. Players must remain under control by the coaches and there is to be no roaming the halls. Coaches should be the first one there and the last to leave. Cancellations need to be made by Tues. evening by contacting Frank Berger at 371-0654 or by email at www.vrb7key@aol.com. NOMINATING: Nothing to report.

OLD BUSINESS: John Seltenreich reported that the licensing course the Club sponsored went well. Question was asked if we offered this to our Rec coaches? We have offered clinics but not a license course to our Rec coaches, we could look into supporting this.

TOP SOCCER: We will continue with the program, it was a great experience this fall. Registration forms are available at Town Hall with an open enrollment for the program.
