Clifton Park Soccer Club, Inc.
Minutes of December 17th, 2004

The next meeting is at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, January 18th.

PRESIDENT: 2005 CDYSL Team Placement forms were collected from coaches. New carpeting will be installed in the Club House between the Holidays. We will be imposing new rules for use of the Club House next year. A set of written rules will be prepared to help with the process. Please cooperate, use common sense and take precautions to keep the Club House in good shape.

PREMIER LEAGUE: Reminder, NE Regional applications are due December 30th and are available online at region1.com.

CDYSL: Reminder State Cup application is due by January 7th. The form is available on-line at www.enysoccer.com . No meeting was held, nothing else to report.

REGISTRAR: Nothing to report.

TOURNAMENT: All the necessary forms to host the tournament have been submitted. Rick has already received some inquires about the tournament. Next month the tournament committee will meet at 6:30 PM at the Club House prior to our monthly Club meeting.

VOLUNTEER: All of our teams have submitted coordinator information to Liz, good job.

COACHING COMMITTEE: Mich has facility use forms for designated practice times. If you did not pick up your teams copy last month, please see Mich after the meeting. The 17 boys will not be using their gym time. The team has Sundays from 5:30 to 7 PM at Gowana. If no one wants this time we will cancel it.

INDOOR: Karigon and Orenda will be closed the weekend of February 19th and 26th for heating system work at the schools. Teams that use those schools please take note.

ADULT LEAGUE: Nothing to report.

OLD BUSINESS: Nothing to report.

NEW BUSINESS: A defibrillator was donated to the Club from the Cardiology Associates of Schenectady. We will be scheduling training with Rick Knizek for proper use of this life saving device that will be stored at the Commons.
